Cancellation Policy

The $50 fee you pay is a non-refundable booking fee only. Your photoshoot is free, but you must buy access to the photos. There are photo packages available depending on the images you want to purchase. To cancel or reschedule a photography session, please submit your request via email to info@crewproductionsllc.com at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly note that all booking fees are non-refundable. You may transfer your fee to another session of the same style on a different date; however, such transfer is not permitted to another individual, family, organization, or business. Failure to attend a scheduled session without 24-hour communication is considered a no-show and will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee, necessitating that you rebook your session at the cost of the booking fee. Repeated cancellations, specifically three or more, will be classified as a no-show, leading to the forfeiture of the booking fee. Cancellations communicated within a period of less than 24 hours or those executed without any prior communication will also be regarded as a no-show.
