Cancellation Policy

Wine & Wax Candle Making — Service & Booking Policy Effective date: Immediately and ongoing (until replaced) Reservations & Payments •Deposit (non-refundable): A deposit (amount shown at checkout) is required to reserve seats. All deposits are non-refundable under every circumstance. •Balance due: Any remaining balance is due at check-in for public classes, or 48 hours before for private/group bookings unless otherwise stated. •Accepted payments: Major credit/debit cards; Cash, or Money Orders (No Checks). Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows Guest cancellation: •24 hours before the class: you may reschedule once to a future date or receive a credit (deposit will transfer to the rescheduled date). •No-shows / late arrivals / Under 24 hours (see below): considered a cancellation; no refunds or credits. •Transfer your seat: You may send someone in your place at no charge—just let us know the new guest’s name before class. Class Size & Duration •Group size: 5–10 participants per class. •Length: ~90 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. Late Arrival Class begins promptly. A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, hot wax waits for no one—entry is at instructor discretion, and no refunds/credits if you miss key safety steps. Age & Beverages Age: 16+ for public classes. Ages 10–15 welcome at private sessions with a supervising adult. Wine/tea: Alcohol consumption is 21+ with a valid ID. Please sip responsibly. Safety & Attire You’ll be working with hot wax and fragrance oils. Follow all instructions from the instructor. Recommended: short sleeves or snug cuffs, closed-toe shoes, and hair tied back. Aprons are provided. We reserve the right to remove any guest who creates a safety risk—no refunds/credits will be issued. Allergies & Sensitivities Our workspace may contain nuts, soy, coconut, essential oils, and synthetic fragrance. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please disclose sensitivities when booking; participation is at your discretion. Finished Candles & Pickup Candles may need time to cool/cure.
