Cancellation Policy

1) Booking & Payment Who can book: Individuals 18+ and registered businesses. Government ID required at check-in. Submit a request via the website. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is paid. Retainer: A non-refundable $50 retainer is due upon booking. Payment methods: Cards, Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo. No personal checks. 2) Rates, Time, and Overtime Clock rules: Your rental clock starts at the booked time and ends when you’re entirely out—including load-in/out and cleaning. Overtime: Billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. After closing hours, 2× the hourly rate. 3) Cancellations & Rescheduling Client cancellation: 7+ days out: Retainer forfeited; any remaining balance refunded. 48 hours–6 days: 50% of total booking due. <48 hours: 100% of total booking due. Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed if requested 72+ hours in advance; otherwise treated as a cancellation. New date must be within 60 days. Studio cancellation: Full refund or credit if CREW must cancel (force majeure, utility failure, etc.). 4) Access, Load-In/Out, and Capacity Access: Staff will meet you at check-in. Early access is not guaranteed. Capacity: Max [__] people in the studio. Exceeding capacity incurs fees or termination. Stair/Elevator info: [Note any limitations]. Plan crew accordingly. 5) Equipment & Add-Ons Included (no extra fee): [List: c-stands (x2), sandbags (x4), apple boxes, extension cords, rolling rack, steamer, stools]. Available to rent: [LED panels, modifiers, seamless paper, podcast mics/mixer, backdrops, teleprompter] with current rate card. Personal gear: Allowed. Hard-rubber casters only; protect floors. Broken/missing items: Billed at replacement cost plus 10% admin. 6) Sound, Music, and Neighbors Podcasting: We provide a low-echo setup, but this is not a certified soundstage. External noise may occur. Music playback: Reasonable volume only. No subwoofers or live drums. No noise spill: Keep hallways and common areas quiet. 7) Sets, Props, & Wall Contact No screws, nails, or permanent adhesives. Use painter’s tape or approved solu
